If necessary, you may also need to make a report to the police, in this case you should tell them the driver's name and licensing authority as well as any other information that may be helpful to them.

If a licensing authority informs Cab Drivers Direct that a drivers license is no longer valid or has been revoked, then we will remove that driver from our search results. Licensing authorities can do this by emailing councilreports@cabdriversdirect.com with details of the driver, including their name, licensing authority and license number. Note that emails to this address will only be considered legitimate if they are coming from an official council email address.
